To upload a file you should use an ftp client, for example free FileZilla.

Here is a mini-guide:

• Download, install and run the program. Here is a direct link: FileZilla_3.2.6.1_win32-setup.exe
• Run the program: Start > All Programs > FileZilla FTP Client > FileZilla
• Type the host name, username and password (you should contact DVDVideoSoft Support Team to get such information), then click Quickconnect. Take a look at this screenshot
• Find the file on your computer, make right mouse click on it and select Upload
