Make sure you have the latest version. Download and install it from our site:

If after installing the newest versions, you still see this error message when launching Free YouTube Download or another YouTube tool from DVDVideoSoft:

• Download this system component: WINHTTP.DLL
• Unzip it and copy to C:\Program Files\Common Files\DVDVideoSoft\Dll
• run Fix Components (Start > All Programs >DVDVideoSoft > Fix Components)

The programs have to run now. Anyway if you still have any questions, do not hesitate to write us: support@dvdvideosoft.com
