• I just bought a new pc. Windows 7 64bit. I have tried installing and uninstalling 5.0.12 It starts the process and asks me for my language then I click next until it gets to the installation windows, but then it freezes and I have to hit Ctrl/Alt & DEL. to stop it.
  I was able to install it on my other windows 7 pc without any difficulty. Do you have any ideas for me?

  • Hi Phyllis! You should install our software from administrator account, do you?
    If you want to know whether you are the Administrator of your computer or not, go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt, then type the command chkdsk and press “Enter”. If you are the Administrator of your computer, a program verifying a disk will run. But if you see a message “Access denied”, you are not the Administrator.

    You may have experienced the “Download Failed: Video Detection Error” message, when pasting YouTube links into YouTube programs. The problem is caused by the changings on the side of YouTube. We are already working on a fix and I’ll let you know how it goes and when it is ready for you.
    We will post updates on this thread when we have more information to provide on this issue.

• You need to make a new update with better functions because Free Studio doesn’t work anymore on Youtube, When I try downloading it says link cant be found and that I dont have the rights to make a downloaded file. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!
