Problem of incorrect installation of DVDVideoSoft applications was fixed. Another issue regarding converters’ poor operability under the old ATI video card drivers was resolved.
YouTube programs:
The performance of a few playlist types which previously had trouble defining a precise number of videos and detection of different types of playlists were improved. Error info messaging system was elaborated for the situations when a user wasn’t able to download a video. Other minor fixes have been made as well.

Converters:
A bug forbidding users from converting more than one video at a time in Free Video to DVD Converter and Free YouTube to DVD Converter has been fixed. ATI Stream Technology for accelerated video conversion using ATI video card was implemented. Also the problem of temporary file creation during conversion with NVIDIA CUDA and the problem of software crashing were eliminated.

Burners:
A few bugs regarding correct disc burning and software crashes were fixed.
Free Video Dub and Free Video Flip and Rotate do not work properly in this release.

Finally we have implemented a new desired feature in our converters and shame on us as we have not done it earlier! Now all converters preserve aspect ratio after conversion (previously aspect ratio was ignored).
Free Video Dub has grabbed improvements owing to feedback received after the release of the program. The minimal size of the program window was decreased to 600×800 (for netbook users) and the program was localized to all supported languages.
Upon multiple requests of our faithful user Udo W, a new option has been introduced in YouTube downloading programs. It is “Skip downloading if the file already exists”. Plus fixes on Video Detection error are introduced in the programs.
Yet we have more plans for the coming end of the year. We are planning to release a line of re-written products: Free Video Flip & Rotate, Free Audio Dub, Free DVD Video Converter. We hope to launch a new release before Christmas.
